Functions and working principle:

SP is a grain refiner in acid copper-plating bath. It has obvious effect when used in combination with M, N, PN, GISS, AESS at high current density. SP may be used in a very wide range, and varies in temperature. The content is among0.015-0.04g/L in bath when temperature at range of 15~40℃. If the content is too high, the brightness will decrease, rough or burnt deposits will be presented at high-current region; if it is too low, the electroplated layer will be smoky, poor deposits also be obtained at high current region, at this time, a few of N may be added or electrolytic processed.
